Meet your photographer, Ashley!
Hi, I am Ashley! If you see me, you will more than likely see an Iced Caramel Macchiato, or a camera in my hands! Those are two of my favorite things, other than God and my family of course.
Based out of Morganton, North Carolina, I offer boudoir photography and specialize in women empowerment photography in the surrounding areas of Marion, Hickory, Blowing Rock, Lenoire, Boone, and pretty much anywhere else between Asheville and Charlotte.
Some fun facts about me:
I like a little bit of coffee with my sugar and cream. I Have 2 kids, a boy, Joseph-6 and a girl, Lillian- 3. I have been married 7 years to my best friend. I am fun sized, and very clumsy. If I’m at a photoshoot with you, you will more than likely see me trip or fall at least once. I love to laugh and love to have FUN sessions. My favorite color is pink.

I am mostly self taught. I did take a photography course my senior year in high school at a community college. I love to attend and plan styled shoots. They’re where I can get the most creative! I’ve learned a lot from other photographers and a ton from reading and researching. Practicing my craft has helped too. 😉
I would say I’ve dreamed about photography since I got my first point and shoot camera in Middle school. But I didn’t get a DSLR until 2014ish. I started out like a lot of photographers, just a hobbyist. I started taking pictures of my son and then friends and the next thing I know I have a small business of my dreams. I am beyond blessed to say the least.
I absolutely love to create and document memories for all my clients! If you’re interested in a session for yourself or a loved one feel free to browse our site!
I would say my style has changed a bit over the years, I have and will continue to better my talent and style. I’ve been shooting professionally at least 3 years now. When I first started photographing clients, I started with Family portraits. I started second shooting for weddings to fill my calendar days and liked it so much I started to shoot more weddings on my own. I then moved on to couples photography and enjoyed that as well. It took me until 2020 to realize boudoir was going to be what I specialized in. I did a boudoir styled shoot for fun and fell in LOOOOOVE. I needed more. I realized how powerful my clients felt after our sessions. So here I am now, running a successful small business, doing what I LOVE!
